Overview
Super Tech® provides an online platform for purchasing automotive parts, accessories, chemicals, and tools (“Products”). These Terms apply whether you are:
- A retail customer making purchases through our website
- A wholesale account holder accessing special pricing
- An end user of Products purchased from a third party reseller
Please read all Terms before ordering Products or using Services. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Super Tech® and you regarding the subject matter herein.
Placing Orders
By submitting an order on our website, you agree to purchase the listed Products at the shown prices. Your electronic order confirmation constitutes a legal binding contract.
You must be at least 18 years of age and possess legal authority to enter orders. Super Tech® may request verification of your identity and ability to form contracts.
Pricing and inventory are subject to change without notice. Items remaining in your cart after checkout are not reserved. Products are only reserved after your order is confirmed.
Payment
All orders require payment by credit/debit card or other methods offered at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the submitted payment method.
Payment will be processed upon order confirmation. If charges fail or are declined, we may cancel your order. You grant Super Tech® permission to periodically charge your payment method if an initial attempt fails.
Super Tech® uses trusted third-party payment vendors. We do not directly process or store full card details. CVV codes are not retained after authorization.
Taxes and Fees
Your order total includes any applicable sales tax based on the shipping destination and items taxability. You are responsible for all taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or other charges on international shipments.
Order Fulfillment
We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders within stated timeframes. However, delays may occur during periods of high demand or due to weather, customs holds, or other unforeseen factors. Super Tech® is not liable for order delays or related damages.
Products may ship separately for expedited fulfillment. For sales tax purposes, your order is considered complete when the first item ships. Subsequent shipments on the same order are considered replacements.
Risk of loss transfers to you upon your receipt of the shipment. Check packages promptly for damage and contact Super Tech® about any issues. We will work to resolve valid complaints.
Returns and Refunds
If you are dissatisfied with your Super Tech® purchase, contact us within 30 days of the ship date to request a refund or exchange. You must return Products in original unopened packaging within 20 days of our refund authorization.
We will issue refunds within 3-5 business days of receiving the return. Refunds are made via the original payment method. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error.
Super Tech® does not accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Used, damaged, or altered items
- Hazardous materials like fuel additives
- Custom fabricated products
- Expired items or those with a limited shelf life
Contact Super Tech® to request a Return Merchandise Authorization before sending a return. Returned items must include the RMA number and documentation.
Account Registration
Creating a Super Tech® account allows you to save payment methods, view order history, and manage preferences. We may require accounts for wholesale customers.
You agree to submit and maintain accurate account information. Do not create accounts or falsify information on behalf of others. You are solely responsible for account access and unauthorized use.
Super Tech® reserves the right to suspend, disable, or delete accounts due to a violation of Terms, prolonged inactivity, security risks, or other business concerns. We may try to notify you via your registered email.
Wholesale Customers
Businesses may apply for a wholesale account to access special pricing and programs. Approval is at Super Tech’s sole discretion based on business verification and expected order volumes. Wholesale accounts are for business use only.
Wholesale customers agree to maintain accurate business information and promptly notify Super Tech® of any changes. Eligibility may be re-evaluated at any time. Misuse of wholesale accounts may result in suspension or termination.
Wholesale pricing and promotions are confidential. You agree not to disclose pricing to non-approved accounts. Violation may result in account termination.
Product Representations
Super Tech® strives to accurately display Product images, descriptions, availability, and pricing on our website. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies and change Product details without notice.
We disclaim any responsibility for misinformation on partner websites selling our Products. Check the-supertech.com for current and authoritative information.
Product images should be considered illustrative only. Colors, sizes, and items depicted in images may differ from actual Products. Refer to written descriptions or contact us for details.
Product Use and Compatibility
Super Tech® Products are intended for specific purposes outlined on our website, packaging, instructions, or other materials. Use Products only as directed. Any Samples provided by Super Tech® are experimental products for testing and feedback only. They are not for resale or use on production systems. You agree to waive any claims related to Sample Products.

All content included on Super Tech® websites, marketing materials, product designs, and related intellectual property are the property of Super Tech® and its affiliates. This includes trademarks, service marks, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, commercial symbols, and designs. You cannot use our intellectual property without express prior permission.
Product names, logos, branding, and other trademarks featured on our Services are the trademarks of their respective owners. Super Tech® does not claim third party trademarks as our own.
You represent that your submissions to Super Tech® Services do not violate third party intellectual property rights. You grant us perpetual permission to use any materials submitted for promotional purposes.

- Your violation of laws or rights of third parties
Super Tech® reserves the right, at our expense, to assume exclusive defense of any claim subject to indemnification by you. You agree to cooperate as reasonably required in defense of these claims.
Governing Law
These Terms and your relationship with Super Tech® shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes must be resolved in courts located in Detroit, MI or through arbitration in the Metro Detroit area.
You consent to the personal jurisdiction and exclusive venue of these courts and waive objections to improper venue. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Complete Understanding
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Super Tech® related to use of our Services. They supersede any prior agreements or representations.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on legal rights or remedies – so portions of these Terms may not be enforceable. This will not invalidate other permissible terms. Headings are provided for reference only and do not define or limit Terms.
